Young man didn't even acknowledge me entering the store , offered absolutely NO service . I found the two things I was looking for and tried to cash out . he didn't even bother to take his headphones off . two other customers entered and left the store immediately . Guess O'riellys is the place to go for service .

John was amazing, his computer crashed mid tool return and the poor guy had to sit on the phone for almost an hour with IT, while taking care of other customers since he was working alone, after the issue was resolved he was so kind and apologetic because it took so long even though it wasn't his fault at all. Great customer service the entire time, wasn't even upset I had to wait!
Isabella was very helpful and installed my car battery with no issues.
