I've recently had to stop at E town Adv Auto more often than usual because my Honda is starting to use more oil. I'm 75 y.o & know how to check my oil, but dont always have the strength to open my hood. Every single employee there has always gone out of their way to be helpful, whether it's opening the hood, checking my oil or helping me choose the right products. They are awesome!
They told me they couldnt help with my completely dead car battery. Called my fiance and he went in and used his "corporate" voice and they changed my battery. Absolutely awful! Had an attitude the whole time because it was cold and they didnt want to do it.
