Wonderful Customer Service and Support!!!
I typically do not like to give negative reviews but I couldn't leave the parking lot fast enough. So my 22 year old was referred to stop by this location from the emissions spot down the street (I went back to tell him stop referring people there). He ask the older black lady if she could help him scan his car to find the code to explain his emission issue. She gives him the machine and basically says firgure it out. I visited this location yesterday the 31st to have my battery looked at. When I arrived I was greeted by Mya. I explained to her to my battery was having issues as I was just at the pavilion and had to call AAA for a jump. I told her this is the 2nd time in a week that I needed a jump and the battery wasn't even that old . She tested the battery but for some odd reason it wasn't working. I had a pretty strange encounter with this place. I went to get my battery replaced because it was having trouble cranking at cold temps in the morning. I was sure it was the battery. An employee who was a slightly older gentleman who’s name I did not get offered to “test” it for me to ensure that it was the battery, but seemed to be a bit in a hurry and immediately told me he was getting ready to go home.
