Not the best experiences... – My 3 experiences w/ Apex Sales Co were all very disappointing. I took 2 yard tools (hedge trimmer & string trimmer) to be serviced. The 1st person I dealt with was rude & acted as if my bringing these tools in was a burden. They also had me provide a $15 deposit in case they did the problem determination work & I didn't show up & pay for the work. I was told it would be a few weeks & they would call when ready.
