My car was sluggish starting, I brought it to the Mebane store to get my battery and alternator tested. Josiah tested and found the battery to be bad. He changed out the battery for me, took a bit of time to get the old one out and replace it. It was 91 degrees outside and regardless of the heat, he had a great attitude, was polite and very accommodating. It was a great experience, Thanks Josiah!
My preferred parts store. Biggest problem is they are always understaffed. The people that work there are great witha great attitude!!
My Chevy Volt needed a new 12V battery. Auto Zone refused to install because it's in the trunk on a hybrid. But Ethan at Advance Auto Parts was not intimidated! He took charge, found the exact correct battery (AGM), and removed the panel to install it. He even ensured that he saved the radio settings so those didn't need reprogrammed. In 15 minutes, the new battery was installed and we were off and running!
