Went to this shop in mebane after my car wouldn't start (had to get a jump at the grocery store) - they were friendly and tested (for free) to find out it was the alternator. Great service with an excellent attitude!
Im from out of town on a cross country road trip & had an issue with my motoromes' coach battery not holding charge. Even though it is not a brand this store sells, I worked with Ethan & Sam, he got pulled it out, fully charged & installed again.. for free! They were pretty busy while I was there and both had smiles on their faces while providing excellent customer service the whole time! The team is very knowledgable about automotive & parts. Guy working there is grumpy and got bad attitude
This company needs to do better at keeping their employees happy especially early in the morning. Can’t even say good morning to a couple of them with out getting some type of a look or attitude.
The service was great. When I came in to get my part , they didn’t have it in stock. So they had to order it they told me that the part would be in at three o’clock. And sure enough they called me and said that my part was in at three.
