Bad web site Their web site is pretty much useless when trying to shop from home. Can't make it past the store search page. Its probably not the stores fault but it can't be good for their business.
Knowledgeable, helpful staff, that doesnt insult a ladies intellegence about cars THRILLED that the guys @ CQ in Owatonna still treat a Lady like a LADY and take time to explain things, without trying to add extra un needed parts and costs to a repair! Ive only been in town a year and have been to three differelnt local stores, but not CQ has all of my business.
service and knowledge i stopped in five of the other auto parts stores in grants pass trying to find timing tensioners and idlers for my 2000 bmw 740il and no one had a listing or even knew what i was talking about. i went to jiffy auto parts the local carquest store and not only did they have the parts listed but were able to have them overnight at less then half the price the dealer in medford wanted. since then i have been purchasing all my parts there and very happy with their parts knowledge and quick service.

my compliant i bought a battery from them less then 8 mos ago and somehow its not in there computers. they wont make good on the warrenty and there only responce to me was i wish we could help you but you got a core charge there and were glad to sell you another battery. Why did i go and spend all that extra money on the extended warrenty if i can't use it. it's not my fault it got gone out of there computers. If its not made right, i may never go to advance auto again over this extremely disappointing incident.
