Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!! Do not ever go here. Mike refused to uphold the warranty on my battery even though Vanderhyde Ford explained what was going on. I will never ever purchase anything from them!
Spend over $1500 on a new transmission it was junk, Had to order another one then took them 2 weeks to get it back to the supplier!! Rude people do not buy transmissions from this company & go anywhere else in Cedar Springs for your vehicle needs.
Great customer service and so helpful. Our water pump went out and they provided the tools needed to get the job done right there because we were 50 miles from home. They even brought us coffee since it was cold and snowing. In my opinion they went above and beyond with their service! Thank you for being so awesome and helpful!
Worst service ever. Clearly they will hire anyone with no experience. 45min later and still dont have the parts we need. If you have the time to waste all day here, than i highly recommend this place. If not, go to auto zone just down the road.
