Very disappointed with my experience at Auto Advance in Cedar Springs. Brian S. looked up my truck and sold me the wrong AC coolant, R134A instead of the required R1234YF. Thankfully, the hose fitting didn’t connect, or I could have damaged my vehicle. When I tried to exchange the brand-new, sealed can, he refused and took no accountability for his mistake. Very unprofessional customer service. Waste of money due to their error! 0/5☆
I bought rear shocks april 18th. They went on that day. May 8th one blew out. I had 1 ride that was going into town. Instead of just giving me the shock so i can replace it , then bring old one back. I have to disassemble the car, find yet another ride to town ( wasting gas at $5 a gal) so to exchange the darn thing. Advance auto lost any future business. Shame for them considering my son is rebuilding his truck.
