I had a very bad shopping experience in this store. I came to this store to buy something this afternoon. I couldn't find the item in the shelfs before the cashiers. I thought this store was a like a supermarket and just went directly to another shelf behind the one loaded with car batteries to look for the item (I didn't see sign that customers cannot enter or I missed the sign).
