I came to advance auto parts to change and have my car battery installed. I come here for all my car accessories and parts because this location has always treated me great with service and they are very knowledgeable and i’ve always felt confident about information given about any and all issue I’ve been concerned about But yesterday was a completely and upsetting experience that I would’ve never thought to happen here. 20+ minutes in line because they won't call a backup cashier as the only employee up front and the other customer argue back and forth about what part to order.
