Gerson, I had a poor experience with him. He tends to raise his voice when speaking to people, which can come across as intimidating and unprofessional. He also does not give customers enough opportunity to explain their concerns before responding. Please fire Lawrence or Lawson (I forgot his name but I’m 99% sure it starts with an L) he is African American & has a big belly & somewhat long hair. (not sure else how to describe him). He is the laziest rude employee I have ever seen. Just called in at 845, fifteen minutes before they say they close. An employee answered, barked "We're closed" at me and hung up before I could say anything. So much for friendly service.
