I came in the store to buy a couple of windshield wipers and was trying to change them at the parking lot in front of the store. I struggled a lot since I did not know how to change one. One of the employees, Charlie, noticed and offered to help. He showed me step-by-step on how to change the front windshield wipers and also found out I bought the wrong windshield wiper for the back.
