Excellent customer service, just like the good old days. Very friendly and willing to help you get what you need for your car,truck or trailer. 2 thumbs up
I went in yesterday in a panic because my car was making a terrible noise. I'm from out of town, so having a working car was a necessity. I went in for a diagnostic check and was quickly taken care of. I unfortunately didn't get the name of the man who helped me, but he was very knowledgeable and took great care of my car. If I could give more stars, I would.
I took my car in because it was making strange noises and the employees came out and inspected everything and helped us out and got us going back on our way. They took such care and concern for our car and did an awesome job.
Although they have what I need, customer service is always lacking. Never really greeted when I come in. And the last time, literally, the only words I heard were "$7.29". Other than that, not even a nod of `ok, you're good to go`. I was handed the machine to tap my card and given a receipt. I finally said "have a nice day" to which I did get a "you too". I will shop here cause the options are limited, but I won't ever expect service with a smile.
Awesome parts store! Very polite, friendly and helpful cashier (unfortunately, forgot to ask his name) found a rear wiper blade on my car and even install it! They also have a lot of truck accesories like big truckstops
