**Last few times ive been greeted and said farwell to, so now I'd say it's 100% ~great service with a great smile~ Thanks guys ***(update 9/7/25) Although they have what I need, customer service is always lacking. Never really greeted when I come in. And the last time, literally, the only words I heard were "$7.29". Other than that, not even a nod of `ok, you're good to go`. Jon and Frank are chill but the rest of his employees are incompetent.
Shout out to the gang at Whitehead’s! We were traveling from Canada back to the states and needed a UPS location to have items delivered and shipped. I called to make sure that I could get the shipment received and was greeted on the phone by Nick, he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We pulled in a few days later to retrieve the items and pack up some to ship home. Everyone there was very helpful, friendly and accommodated our needs. Thanks again fellas!!
Fantastic NAPA! We were on a motorcycle trip, when we were experiencing an issue with a helmet. We were able to order a helmet and have it shipped directly to the store which fixed our issue immediately. The staff was super courteous, Jason the manager was a pleasure to deal with! Wood stop there for any other issue car or motorcycle related great place.
