As five star as five star gets… During a recent road trip I needed a package shipped to a UPS partner so I could pick it up on the road. Whitehead/Napa readily agreed, and when the shipment is delayed, and I was not able to receive it in person, they facilitated me emailing them return labels, splitting the initial box into two, labeling and shipping the items for me. **Last few times ive been greeted and said farwell to, so now I'd say it's 100% ~great service with a great smile~ Thanks guys ***(update 9/7/25) Although they have what I need, customer service is always lacking. Never really greeted when I come in. And the last time, literally, the only words I heard were "$7.29". Other than that, not even a nod of `ok, you're good to go`.
