Thanks again, Janet. You gave me the best customer service I've ever received. These comments about you are true. The other mechanics were great, too. I broke down on the way to albuquerque from San Diego, and the Loves cashier allowed me to sleep at the truck stop until morning. As soon as Carquest opened at 7 a.m., Janet was helping me put a new battery in my vehicle. We got my truck fixed, and I was safely on my way. The whole town is nice. Best experience I have ever had with a parts house. I feel they went out of there way to help my friend and I when my alternator burned up 30 miles outside of town. Janet was the best over the phone, make sure what we needed to make our roadside repairs. Two other employees made trips to us to deliver parts. We made it into town after they closed, and we're met at a gas station by the freeway, when no longer on the clock, to get our old alternator for a core and return a personally leant jump box.
