I called around looking for snow salt and I understand that it is like gold these days with the upcoming snow storm. I went online and it states that they had some available for pick up on the Advance Auto Parts site, which now I realize it is the Carquest Auto Parts. I called the store just to make sure that the product was available. Very disappointing for my recent visiting to this store for the first time. The staff were so phone-focused that they forgot about the customers right in front of them! I waited for over 10 minutes without being acknowledged. I would give 0 stars if I can.
