My daughter's car battery died on her way from ATL to FL. Battery was warrantied with Advance. She waited 2 hours for a tow which never came so Advance Store Manager (Perez in Luverne, AL) went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND by driving 20 minutes to the side of a road to replace her battery. He even followed her to nearest auto shop for further diagnosis. Amazing customer service (to this level) is just not found anymore.
