When I walked in the door, the guy helped me right away. He was awesome. He looked up exactly what I need, went to the back, got it. He even put it in my car, checked me out, everything. It was amazing. I appreciate everything you did that day. to make my life easier
My Die Hard battery was dying soft and I thought I had bought it at this Advance but I wasn't in the system. The guys were going to swap it out anyway, but didn't have the replacement. They worked with the other Advance up the road and took care of it. They will check and replace your battery for you included in the price of the battery. And from this experience, they honor the warranty.
