Went to get a set of brakes. Employees were to busy talking to each other rather than helping a customer. I'll never shop at advance again. I used to be an employee of Discount auto parts which was purchased by advance. This would never have happen at Discount. The Fontaine's would never allow this. 30 mins of my time wasted. I'll just go to NAPA from now on.
I Walked in and was told I had a minute as they were both rolling their eyes at us. Doors were also propped open and lights were on. We don’t shop at here enough to know their hours. Definitely won’t be going back and recommend choosing their competitors down the road!
