Yikes. Placed an online order and quickly got an email it was ready for pickup. When I went to the store 2 hours later, it hadn’t been processed and the items were not in stock. No explanation why it was marked as ready when nothing had been done yet.
I went to the Hickman & Ankeny locations. They helped me find the parts I was looking for and were very knowledgeable and professional. BUT, their sister company “AutoZone” has some issues. They did not have the same level of professionalism or knowledge. Only one of the stores workers (out of the 3 stores I visited) had any real ability to research; yet his knowledge of mechanical/ automotive work was minuscule at best.
Nice shop but I don't why don't put water for customers and the company made a lot of money every year!! No bathroom No water
