What a blessing it is to live in a small town and know the technicians that are taking care of me. I know I'm going to get fast, reliable, and prompt service with any of the techs working in the tire shop. I love supporting small, locally owned businesses and they truly take the cake.
I have known three generations of Strattons. I have always been treated fairly at C & S!
Very disappointed had a tire that needed a patch they told me they thought it was where an old patch was in my tire. Ended up removing that patch and made the hole bigger which pretty much ruined the tire just to find out that wasn’t even where it was leaking. I needed up patching it myself because apparently there shop guys just want to sell you some new tires and don’t really care about properly fixing them. Will look for another place from now on.
Very disappointed! This used to be my go to place for tires. But the service has declined to terrible! The tale is too long and sad to relay here. Don't say "call me" I have a new place I trust.
