We limped into T or C on a 102° day in my F-250, having blown a turbo charge pipe coupling clamp out on I-25. Initially we stopped at an auto parts store on the main drag in T or C but they didn’t have what we needed and were also exceptionally rude for no discernible reason. I called Carquest and was met with attentive listening, thoughtful problem solving, and an invitation to limp my truck over to their shop so we could figure it out together. 15 minutes later truck was fixed and we were on our way. 10/10 will always give... read more
