Big thanks to the team at this local NAPA. About 500 miles into a 2000 mile trip, our check engine light came on. They came out to the parking lot that humid morning, ran a diagnostic, and quickly figured out it was a thermostat issue. Then they explained what it meant and what we could expect. Thanks to their know-how and reassurance, we were able to stay on the road with confidence. Really appreciated their effort and willingness to help a traveler in a tight spot.
Want to make sure management knows you had a great employee working this Saturday, 4/12. In the middle of a long road trip I needed a specific fuse to hopefully get my AC fixed. He dug through all the stock until the right one was found and a 1200 mile trip in the heat was much more comfortable.
