Let me start this review by saying that the CarQuest in Great Falls, MT has always been top notch. This is an excellent establishment, with a staff of knowledgeable and caring people in the store, behind the counter, in outside sales, and delivery. My beef is with CarQuest proper. Apparently they got some corporate hack in there to "shake things up", and they have managed to run well over 100 years of experience out the door in no time.
