I was very happy with their service .They fit me in same day.Very friendly and it was nice to talk to a person when calling and not going through a third party.Mike even took the garbage!
Good service, but poor customer care and communication. I thought my account was good and current but they lacked telling me they were closing my account even though I was paid up. Brought up 2020 (the pandemic) and 2024 when I informed them I needed to make payments because of a personal matter, as well as the bill was almost $300 just to restart my pilot light on my hot water heater?? So sad. Bob came to do a blocked drain 350.00 later it’s. Clogging again. Bob comes Saturday and I had to close Sunday afternoon and Monday to fix my problem with a real professional. Another billing arrived Tuesday 500.00 this time and he never solved the problem. This is the worst and overpriced company I have ever worked with. DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE A LOT OF MONEY TO FLUSH. SO BAD
They are the best, very professional and prompt when you call for help. I really can’t say enough.
