Will never us them again came out with new heater but was not authorized to do so told Bob thst we never authorized install he insted we did authorize it but we didn't . still charged us for coming out which we will be consternation. Bob was very rude . Will be going somewhere else. Would give zero stars if I could.
Beware of this company. They came to my home to fix my furnace and the technician wasn’t even at my home for more than three hours. I get hit with a bill in the mail weeks later with $600 being charged for labor. The bill was not itemized. There were no details indicating the rate of labor or the amount of time the technician was here. I called the company.
