My experience with carpets plus was amazing. Terry our salesman actually came to my house to help me get the right flooring. He is so knowledgeable and kind. Jason the installer did a fantastic job. The quality of his work really shows. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the flooring, installation, and the customer service . My new floors are beautiful! I wish I could leave a 10 star review. I can not say enough about how well I was treated. From start to finish I had my floors complete with in 3 weeks!
We had a wonderful experience working with Terry to replace the flooring in our basement. He was very responsive during the process and took the time to thoroughly answer our questions. We were very pleased with the product options and pricing. The installation crew did a great job as well. Highly recommend!
Everyone here was fantastic and super helpful. Installation was handled even better with a great crew that came in and knocked it out. everything was checked out and done correctly! would recommend!

The install crew were so nice, professional, and prepared. What a fantastic crew. We will definitely be back when we renovate other rooms.
