Everyone here was fantastic and super helpful. Installation was handled even better with a great crew that came in and knocked it out. everything was checked out and done correctly! would recommend!
Terry and the install crew at CarpetsPlus were amazing. Terry answered all our questions, when asked, offered recommendations, and was great communicating options and setting expectations for the install. The install crew were so nice, professional, and prepared. What a fantastic crew. We will definitely be back when we renovate other rooms.
Our salesman Terry did a great job from beginning to end of the process? He supplied us with all the information we needed to make our carpet choice. Terry also visit our house twice and was here for the final inspection of the installation. Thank you very much Carpets Plus.
The original carpet we ordered was defective, Terry (our salesperson) was very helpful and attentive to getting this resolved. CarpetsPlus was very good to work with. The management, salesman and their installers were very helpful and did a good job.
