If you want substandard flooring, this is the place to go! Owner Nancy Skolnick recommended flooring to us that didn’t last 2 years. She promised to replace it and then backed out. She is dishonest and disreputable.
RecommendedSuperior service. I worked with many contractors during COVID-19 while trying to move into my home on LI. There were hurdles to overcome due to the state of the world, and Nancy and Carol did so with a smile. I was very specific with the quality, colorway, types and dates for my floor coverings. This included changing my mind and budget several times. Nancy and Carol would pivot, find new samples (even 6 grey ice samples!!), and then sourced materials they do not carry.
