When we got our original flooring when we built our house, the prices were fantastic. We had our own installers, so that was not an issue. Now we are looking at replacing some carpet with tile and the staff have been very helpful. We don't have any experience with recommended installers from the company, but what do you get with Menards? The flooring and no recommendations for installers. Everything! The service was excellent! No wonder they were awarded best carpet place around.
Came into the store on a Wednesday after a tragic situation where our dog was hit by a car and got blood all over our bedroom carpets... we needed new carpet and we needed it fast and cheap. The store employees were very accommodating and helpful and I was more than pleased with the price. The next day two guys came to install the carpet. They did it quick, did a great job, and were both very kind. I highly recommend this company and I will be purchasing from them again in the future.

First I have to say the Installer was great! We did although have a problem with what Carpets to Go verbally told us in person and also on the phone as to what the installer price was. On the bill they charged an additional $.75 per yard for install than what was quoted. Unfortunately, they just added it to the bill and did not tell us it was going to be more.
