I have been doing business with Trish and her team for many years. Trish, Cheryl and Leslie are always professional, kind and always pay attention to detail. Their installers are helpful when working on properties. They have been helpful in making selections for my rental property and are easy to do business with, especially given that I do not reside in the Reno/Sparks area. These people are extremely unprofessional! I have an appointment at 9 AM and I’m still an hour later for the people to show up. I called. They said they were in route and they would be here in seven minutes. That was over half an hour ago if you want professionalism don’t hire these people!

Brandon was absolutely amazing! He was on time and efficient. He helped remove the urine odor from a previous tenant and was so helpful and polite. Brandon went above and beyond. Would highly recommend!
