NO SHOWS............ right now I am sitting here seething because my new carpeting was to be finished on sat. (4 days ago), then they said on Tues. (today) no later than 12:00 noon because our house was being put on the market today; it is now 4:45 p.m.and they are still not here.........CAN NOT COUNT ON THEM!
Por employee morale Do not even think of working for this company, they do not pay the employees for the work they do. They keep telling their employees that they will get their check Friday, but Friday never comes for this company. It looks like this company has poor customer service reviews and poor employee morale. Its probably best if this company just closes!!! They are probably going bankrupt anyways.
Poor customer service Letter sent to Carpets N More - I am writing this note on behalf of xxx, who has a contract with your firm for carpet installation. The xxxxx are out of town and have been awaiting this install to return home to Henderson. This contract (attached) has a promised install date of May 1st, 2008. Your firm finally installed the carpet today, May 24th and upon arriving in the afternoon after the installers had left so that I could start moving the furniture back into the house it was very dismaying to walk i... read more
