Very disappointed with customer service. We called to get scheduled for someone to come out to measure after we were in the store and picked out carpet. We were told we would hear back on Tues. (we were in store on Sat.) We never got a call back. When leaving messages no response by text or phone. After a week waiting we went someplace else.
