We used one from south London and they made a huge gouge in our new hardwood floors after being told to be careful around the work area. Just appalling level of service and lack of due care. Do not trust the people providing the installations.
Stay away awful fitters who don't have a clue how to fit a draw bar
I went to Carpetrite in Holloway Road and was greeted very warmly by Donald, a very nice gentleman who has the patience of a saint. I finally chose a carpet and was given a quote. A gentleman came to my home and measured the area to be carpeted. I visited the shop again to complete the sale and changed my mind about my first choice of carpet, taking advantage of the sale that was on, Donald was very helpful, informative and patient with me, smiling all the way through.
