I was supposed to write this review in 2013 but seeing that the Holloway branch will close on 15th August, I thought better late than never… I had bought my first place in Upper Holloway towards the tail end of 2012 and after a somewhat lengthy refurbishment process, it was time for carpets. We went to Carpetright on Holloway Road for some last-minute carpet and installation. Barbara and Teddy provided excellent advice and service and miraculously found a way to install our carpet within 48 hours. Afterwards, Barbara even provided advice on our hardwood floors even though we didn't end up purchasing from Carpetright. Thanks for the excellent service!
We used one from south London and they made a huge gouge in our new hardwood floors after being told to be careful around the work area. Just appalling level of service and lack of due care. Do not trust the people providing the installations.
Stay away awful fitters who don't have a clue how to fit a draw bar
