I contacted 3 different companies to get estimates for new carpet. Of those 3, only Darrell Lewis at Carpeteria Campbell took the time to come out and do the estimate. He understood what I was looking for and the time-frame required. The installers came out the following week and completed the job efficiently and on-time. Excellent work! Thank you!
Darrell Lewis at Carpeteria Campbell was great to work with...very helpful and knew exactly what I needed for my rental. He was easy to work with and knowledgeable. The installation crew are very hard working and did a fantastic job! Especially since it was more difficult than usual since my unit has a open staircase and they had to wrap each stair individually. Everything, from start to finish was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Carpeteria!
Worked with Darrell Lewis on our bedroom carpet replacement. He was an incredible resource for information and was so patient through our color and style indecision. He set great expectations and made sure they were deliver upon exactly as promised. We will use him and Carpeteria for every job we have going forward and in fact have used them for years. Jayson at Carpeteria in Campbell, CA goes above and beyond for his customers. His customer service is outstanding! He is fair, friendly, trustworthy and easy to work with. The installers were ontime, fast and best of all, cleaned up after themselves. They truly did an incredible job. We love our new carpet. When we need more flooring, we will hire Jayson and his team again!
