Family run business that makes you feel like part of the family. We got quotes at a few places including Carpeteria, which came recommended from a family member. Carpeteria was the most reasonable price and had the best customer service. Brannon and Austin were always there to help answer any and all of our questions. They went above an beyond digging through all the samples in the showroom trying to find all the options we wanted to look at. They offer great customer service and prices. Jack and B were very professional and gave us great options for carpet in our new home. The install was quick and we were very happy with the result. I would recommend anyone to get a quote from Carpeteria 👍
I have used Carpeteria three times so far for flooring in my house. Jack was amazing. He helped me pick out the flooring and set up a date fast. The team came out and did a great job on the install. I also had them update two of my bathrooms with counter tops, sinks, flooring, and showers. they did a great job there too. I did have a problem with my other bathroom, but Jack came took a look and had the problem fixed. I enjoyed doing business with them and appreciate the finished products. Thank you Carpeteria.
I had some flooding a few months after Carpeteria put in laminate flooring (which looked great) and I was super stressed about it. But Carpeteria came over with a plumber and not only fixed the flooring, but found the leak as well! I was so worried I was going to spend a ton of time and money tracking it down, but Carpeteria is a trustworthy business and they charged me a very reasonable price and got everything back to where it was before the flooding. Went it for a quote, workers seemed friendly. They came out to get measurements and was told withing a day or 2 i would have a quote on 2 different options. It’s been a week and not even a reply on text messages or phone calls. Sketchy business
