They offer great customer service and prices. Jack and B were very professional and gave us great options for carpet in our new home. The install was quick and we were very happy with the result. I would recommend anyone to get a quote from Carpeteria 👍
Family run business that makes you feel like part of the family. We got quotes at a few places including Carpeteria, which came recommended from a family member. Carpeteria was the most reasonable price and had the best customer service. Brannon and Austin were always there to help answer any and all of our questions. I have used Carpeteria three times so far for flooring in my house. Jack was amazing. He helped me pick out the flooring and set up a date fast. The team came out and did a great job on the install. I also had them update two of my bathrooms with counter tops, sinks, flooring, and showers. they did a great job there too. I did have a problem with my other bathroom, but Jack came took a look and had the problem fixed. I enjoyed doing business with them and appreciate the finished products. Thank you Carpeteria.
I had some flooding a few months after Carpeteria put in laminate flooring (which looked great) and I was super stressed about it. But Carpeteria came over with a plumber and not only fixed the flooring, but found the leak as well! I was so worried I was going to spend a ton of time and money tracking it down, but Carpeteria is a trustworthy business and they charged me a very reasonable price and got everything back to where it was before the flooding. Outstanding service! Brennan, Jack, and Jenn have been very patient with me as I have tried to choose from their broad selection of quartz countertops. I also had my kitchen flooring replaced by Carpeteria earlier this month. Their installation team was incredibly professional and detail-oriented. It was a great value and great product. I love that they have a showroom where I can see all the samples. They were kind enough to let me take some samples home to see how the materials would work with my existing cabinets.
