I got my carpets installed some 10+ years ago and had a great experience, so I recommended to my mom when she wanted some area rugs installed. There was a minor issue with one of the area rugs, she got on the phone, and they sent someone over to pick the rug up, fixed it, and delivered it back, all within a few hours. She couldn't believe how speedy and friendly the service was.
Through Costco my Mother & Father found Carpet Your World. We set-up an appointment with Neil! He was kind, friendly, considerate & knowledgeable. He was extremely patient in trying to help us find the right flooring. Neil sent sample after sample never becoming irritated. He took his time with them until my mom found the right flooring.
