super sevice I have dealt with Carpet world 4 times and each time have had great service from sales to the installation. We ahve never had any prblems with the carpet or installation. I recommend this comapny to anyone looking to install carpet or other flooring.
A little disappointed We used this company to have new carpet installed in our house befroe we moved in. We were very pleased when the sales rep came out to measure and showed us samples, we arranged the installation date and thought we were all set. after 2 weeks were finally able to get the carpet installed but had to wait another 4 weeks for the vinyl to be installed and yet another week for the metal strip to be installed where the final was laid. very frustrating, the sales people are freindly but when it comes to insta... read more
Great service These people went out of there way to help me out with whatever I needed as far as flooring goes. There selection is over the top and we ended up with wonderful hardwood floors.
What happened to customer service? I had to go get me own carpet samples after waiting for guy to show up for one week, then bring them back. They overcharged me on installation and wouldn't give me a refund. Plus the day of installation, no one showed up! I had to call them, 4 hours after scheduled time to find out they didn't have my carpet. General manager doesn't care. Too bad...I have used them for over 10 years and they lost a loyal customer. Too bad... I am in real estate and will tell everyone not to use them either!
Awesome customer service This company has the best customer service, we have used them 3 times for carpet installation and recomended them to many, no one has been disapointed. I will continue to go to Carpet World for my carpet.
Don't let them catch you unaware! I special ordered hardwood flooring. When it arrived, it was so defective that my contractor would not install it. Carpet One refused to refund my money! Now I am stuck with defective flooring and am out nearly $1,800.00. I was not told that they would not refund my money if the flooring is defective. I don't see how this company can remain in business operating so unconscionably. I have never before done business with a company who would not stand behind the products which they sell.
A tree fell on my home 6months ago. Finally that the repairs are complete I can purchase carpet and flooring. I went in today looking for carpeting for my home and received the ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have EVER received!!!!!!!! They were rude, not helpful and seems extremely annoyed at my being there. To make matters worse the person helping me was the regional manager!!!!!!! After leaving there my grandson cried and said, "why was that man so mean to you grandma?" I would NOT recommend ANYONE to go to this place! ... read more
