Excellent job, I am so pleased with the results. The staff were on time, courteous, professional and very efficient. My carpets and furniture look like new again.
I had 5 area carpets cleaned, varying sizes. The carpets had a mix of regular house dust, the occasional senior dog accident, and a spinkle of hairballs from the cat. I called and got someone right away. They picked up the carpets shortly after. I was expecting about 2-3 weeks to get them back, but they were literally ready the next day. Highly highly recommend! Matt did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets in my new house, four bedrooms and two flights of stairs. Communicative, prompt, friendly, I can’t say enough good things! Then a gallon of paint was spilled down the carpeted stairs four days later. I texted Matt for advice and he called me to help me out and offered to come look at it. Wonderful company to deal with. They were very patient with me, as I know I was slower in my responses to them. They picked up from my home and returned the carpets to me at my place of work downtown, despite the bridge being closed, which is a nightmare! We have 2 cats that love our carpets and recently lost a senior dog who didn't always make it outside in time. They worked some serious magic - you would never know I had pets or a spill-prone hubby! Thank you, Matt and your team, for making my carpet look as good as new.
