We came because we loved the selection, quality, and pricing that Carpet Warehouse offers for projects but we stayed and continue to use them because of the customer service. Any time we’ve decided to just venture out and see other companies in the area we’ve been disappointed on selection and customer service. Highly recommend.
The worst service from start to finish, would never use them again or tell anyone about them. Worked so hard to finish our basement and come up with money to have the carpet done and they can’t even do it right. Leave big holes saying molding will cover it. It doesn’t and then the guy they have that lays the carpet not happy because he has to come back and fix his mess. The people in the store so rude to you. Great owners and staff! They worked hard for us on picking our carpet and installation was a breeze!
Excessive damage done to my walls and paint, mind you the room is newly remodeled and the pain on the walls was flawless, paint alone cost me $200 and is ruined and will need to be redone. I expected better quality performance from this place considering it cost me $1300 to have just this room carpeted. I’m very upset and zero compensation when I talked to the man in the store about this and showed him a clip of the damage. NO THIS KIND OF DAMAGE IS NOT NORMAL!!!!! Nothing but the best! I love this place! They sent someone out to install carpet a few years back we had picked out from their inventory for a spare bedroom. He did an excellent job! He had over 20 years experience and left me his card, which I misplaced. Wish I could remember his name! I have tile to install now and would love to use him again! Are records kept in your store of work done for customers in the past? Just checking!

Wow... what a great job my wife did in picking out flooring and carpet for the whole house. Even better was the service at warehouse carpet. The crew Troy and gang had to demo Tile, hardwood floors,stairs replaced with solid oak treads and linoleum for a total of 1900 SF replaced I have to say these guys are the best in TOWN !!
