Sent wife to pick out carpet for our rental. She told the lady the room was under 8x12 96sq ft She brought samples back with pricing. We selected a carpet and my wife went back to order and pay. I got a call from my wife to explain the lady forgot to tell us there was minimal sq foot to waive the installation cost. Never once did the sales lady explain this to us.
