Carpet to go was very helpful. We moved from Virginia to Concord, NC and we needed some carpet installed. Fred and his team was very helpful with our problem, we had a time line of 10 days to buy the carpet and have it installed. They got the job completed within out time frame and they did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend them. Terry Wilson

They took no accountability for a contractor who they knew was unreliable when he showed up several hours late two days in a row for a job that takes a few hours in one day. Karen, the manager, repeatedly told me that this contractor had a history of lying and being chronically late, so it wasn't their fault. I hired Carpet to Go Flooring believing that the extra cost of using them rather than directly going to a contractor would ensure better service. That was not case.
