Excellent services provided by this company. Our carpet was about 12-13 years old. Colin helped us choose the perfect carpet and was knowledgeable, trustworthy and competent throughout the whole process. The installation was done with no issues. The carpet installers worked hard to cover 2,000 square feet in a timely manner and with care. Overall I would recommend Colin and the Juan this installers to everyone.
This company is fantastic. From the start Brian salesman was great explained different carpet and padding types didn’t try to upscale us. Mike called about 2 weeks later had carpet already and his team in 1 day had the whole house done. Came out amazing they too were professional. Would definitely recommend them.

Our sales rep was so easy to work with, explaining the available vinyl planking and immediately said he would order the 20 mm planking rather than the usual 12 mm and at no additional cost. Carpets to Go was also about $500 less for the space compared to the other two companies we had give us estimates. There was no "well, if we run into this problem...". Bill was amazing to work with - incredibly responsive and followed up on key items and scheduling was easy. The guys who did the work were very polite and kind. Would absolutely recommend using this company!
