This is our 2nd visit to this wonderland of floor stuff and not disappointed. Customer service was awesome. Mark asked what we needed and then left us to shop. From the huge beautiful carpet in my bedroom to the less expensive rug for my craft room...this is the place! Nice to see great customer service still exists. Told it would be ready in 3-5 business days, ready next day!!
Jeremy and James were amazing! Their handiwork and attention to detail was impressive. It was a long day, as it was a big job, but they never let up. They work hard and their work is impeccable. I would highly recommend them. Thank you so much!
Shane was very helpful in helping us pick out carpet. He showed us all of the options and then gave us time to browse without any pressure. He even got on the forklift and pulled out several carpet rolls for us to compare! I highly recommend checking out all of the choices at Carpet Mart. Ask for Shane and you will get great customer service!
Shane was great to work with and got me set up at the distribution center for pickup. At the distribution center the tiles were ready and waiting for us. Sam was awesome in helping us feel comfortable we could return the tiles if needed even though we will need to open a box to compare colors with the wall tile. Thanks guys!
