I love working with Zach or Mike, they are always very helpful.
We came into the store, looking for a carpet runner and were assisted by Jessica. Jessica was very helpful and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions about the runner and much more. I highly recommend.
I took time to edit my review because Christian took the time to handle issues I had. I went in person, he was polite, made no excuses and made arrangements. The installers unfortunately did not follow thru. I left a review and Christian immediately contacted me and went above and beyond to assist while remaining professional and made no excuses which I appreciate fully. He even did more than he said he would when we discussed the resolution over the phone. Things happen and accountability is what matter most in my opinion. ... read more
