Bad driver
I'm giving two stars only because of the workers that completed the work at my house (driveway pressure washing). As I scheduled this service through our home warranty, I wasn't sure on expectations or general workmanship to be completed, or length of time, for service. Johnny was great! He replaced my catalytic converters, and I had my car back in 3 days.
Regrettably, I must express my disappointment with the service provided by this company. Despite the technician's purported 12 years of experience, his approach to the task was notably lacking in professionalism and attention to detail. Not only did he enter our premises with visibly dirty shoes, a complaint echoed in other 1-star reviews, but his cleaning technique left much to be desired. Insufficient application of cleaning product resulted in numerous untouched areas on our sofas, leaving approximately 70% of the surface... read more
