I cant say enough great things about this company or the wonderful people that work there. A family emergency occured while they were cleaning my carpets and I had to leave fast. When I came back home I realized they had went above and beyond for me and later sent me a letter to let me know they were thinking of my family during my difficult time. Outstanding customer service.. thank you marshall and carpet tech for your kindness and amazing job.
WARNING!! If you ask for a estimate on water damage ,they will send you a statement for a service call! I was told there would be no charge for an estimate. 2 weeks later , a statement in the mail for $127.50.
