Did a great job, my carpets look brand new and fresh.
Totally freshened up my house. The pile on my old upstairs carpet was worn slick (literally). It is now raised up and looks totally different. I think I can get a couple more years of life out of it. The stains are mostly gone, and the really bad ones are less noticeable. Our tech got a big tip because he was so polite and friendly. He worked hard and didn't try to take any shortcuts. I'm calling them back next year.
