We researched our local area for carpet and went to many places. Once we met Arjohn, we were sold. He was so knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted and then described our options. He came out, measured and gave us a fair price. The installers were great too and on time. We were very impressed with Arjohn's knowledge, how friendly he was as well as professional. We will be repeat customers. Our carpet looks great after 2 years!! I posted a review I guess on yelp as I don't see it here. Very happy with our choices!!!
Great service and perfect installation
I have been getting carpet and flooring from the carpet store for years. Arjan the owner, is delightful to work with, as well as his staff. I have never had a bad experience, he replaced floors and carpet on several properties, and each time the job completed was perfect ! The customer service from Arjun was wonderful. He patiently helped me decide what I wanted. My carpets are beautiful!! The delivery was arranged to my convenience in a timely way. Also, I feel that the price was more than reasonable. I would recommend this store to anyone. You can shop here with confidence that you will receive the best.
The value offered was pretty great. The installation of the carpet was good. My only complaint is that the installers put their toolboxes directly on my hardwood, scratched the hardwood, and when I notified the owner, there was no attempt to address. Just warn the guys not to put their tools on your hardwood floor.
