I know Arjan the owner of the store for a long time. I have always purchased carpet from him and he never disappointed me. His customer service, honesty, quality of the products and inyegrity is beyond any doubt.
We have lived in this area over 40 years and passed by this anassuming building many, many times. We recently leaded new carpeting in our home, saw the reviews and stopped by to investigate. What a wonderful experience - Mr. Farsani is so professional and easy to interact with. He made everything easy, pricing was better than we expected and at the crew of two men did the installation (entire second floor) in one day. I highly recommend this company - you will not be disappointed.
I've worked with The Carpet Store and Arjan for many years on a variety of flooring projects. The customer service, care, and quality is always there and wonderful. This last job I received several quotes from other local companies but he beat them all in price and service. The product arrived quickly and was installed within the same week. I couldn't be happier with the service and my floors.
We researched our local area for carpet and went to many places. Once we met Arjohn, we were sold. He was so knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted and then described our options. He came out, measured and gave us a fair price. The installers were great too and on time. We were very impressed with Arjohn's knowledge, how friendly he was as well as professional. We will be repeat customers. Our carpet looks great after 2 years!! I posted a review I guess on yelp as I don't see it here. Very happy with our choices!!!
