We hired this company in July 2024 to install some carpet in our downstairs basement and clean all carpet on the main level. The carpet installation went well; however, they left the carpet on the main level smelling like urine. It was so bad we had to open windows and doors to air out the house while we finished renovating the home. Very nice
Be careful of them over bidding materials and instead giving it to the customer they keep it so it if you get work done make sure to keep your materials. You as a customer paid for it and can get a rebate or return. The proceeds belong to the customer not the company installing the material.
