This company is a scam. We ordered our carpet and it took three weeks for it to be delivered. When it arrived it was the wrong color. We re ordered it and it took another three weeks. I called after that to schedule the service and they have no one to install the carpets. I am in the process of getting my deposit back! What a waste of time and this company is very unprofessional
My "tip" for others is search elsewhere for your flooring needs. I had no problem getting a quote from the Carpet Specialist but it did not go well after that. I was told it would be two weeks until my carpet was delivered. After 3 weeks I called and was told "by the end of the week." After another week i called again and got the classic "oh it just came in and you're on my list of people to call." Then, they "forgot" to come on the day we had scheduled.
