I really appreciated the professionalism of the floor installers and care to do a good job. I did not like the piece that was apparently glued on the edge of the basement stair. It moves around and you can see dirt buildup on the glue. I love the carpet. I have one complaint with the installation on the stairs. They show the hardwood on each of the sides, which is expected, but all the carpet down the middle(runner) are not always straight on the edges and not all the same size. Excellent customer service from owner Vicki Shepard as we selected carpet and laminate flooring. The laminate installers, Tim & Willie, did a top-notch job, taking pride in their craft, working hard, and getting the job done quickly and efficiently. The Hector Flooring installers were outstanding as well. I highly recommend Carpet Service Outlet. They are a well-established family business and a joy to do business with.
service is always top notch....professional, on-time, and highest of quality.......if there ever was a problem I feel this company would provide 1st class service to resolve any propblem.......highly recommend this shop.
