We had Carpet Service replace living room carpet and kitchen and dining room linoleum with beautiful laminate flooring. The workmanship and attention to detail was fantastic. Their crew was remarkable. They worked to make sure everything was just as we wanted it and agreeably made a couple of changes we requested. I was amazed that they cleaned up each area as they worked. Even the trim was done perfectly. I said that I felt like I had a new house! Thanks, Carpet Service Outlet.
Vicki and her team provided fully support, quality and timely installation, and I'm very happy with my new floors. I highly recommend Carpet Service Outlet! My experience was terrific from having Vicki come out to talk about options, perusing and borrowing samples in the store, quote was accurate with reasonable pricing, and installation occurred on schedule and on time. I really appreciated the professionalism of the floor installers and care to do a good job. I did not like the piece that was apparently glued on the edge of the basement stair. It moves around and you can see dirt buildup on the glue. I love the carpet. I have one complaint with the installation on the stairs. They show the hardwood on each of the sides, which is expected, but all the carpet down the middle(runner) are not always straight on the edges and not all the same size. Excellent customer service from owner Vicki Shepard as we selected carpet and laminate flooring. The laminate installers, Tim & Willie, did a top-notch job, taking pride in their craft, working hard, and getting the job done quickly and efficiently. The Hector Flooring installers were outstanding as well. I highly recommend Carpet Service Outlet. They are a well-established family business and a joy to do business with.
