We have used Carpet Savers for many years at our church for the carpets and tile. Paul is very responsive to our needs and is reasonably priced. He even comes back to attack any remaining stubborn stains. We’re very happy with the results.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience here was unacceptable. I was met with incredibly rude behavior from a white man who appeared to be in his 40s or 50s – condescending, dismissive, and unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere. No one deserves to be treated with that level of disrespect. There are plenty of companies out there that actually value their customers – unfortunately, this is not one of them.
