If you are looking for poor DIY quality finishes, this is your installer. The hardwood installer came out today to make the job right and refused to replace improperly installed pieces as well as repair damage done the last time they were out to do repairs. I called the store, he called the installer and now they want to come back out to do the repairs. I refused to let them back into my home. I asked for one-third of the installation cost to be refunded so that I can offset the cost of another company doing the repairs. The... read more
Affordable and quality carpet and installation. Definitely met all of my expectations. I’m new to the Charlotte area and Dave was very helpful in guiding me to what will look great in my new place. Install guys came right on time and my house looks great! Definitely recommend Dave and his team to anyone in the area.
Terrible installation! Still fighting with this company after a year!
The carpet and flooring was very nice. The installation was not up to expectations. Some fit and finish details are not to my satisfaction. The owner (he says he is not) says that is all normal. A year later and I am still not satisfied.
Very pleased with the carpet- excellent price and service! Amir was great to work with as well!
