Al is just the best. He's fair, he's kind, and he's quick. We've been using him to clean our carpets for years and we'll continue to use him for as long as he's in business. We had a couple tough (longer-term) stains we were worried about from when our cat was sick last year that his solution dissolved immediately. Our carpets look brand new. Al does a thorough job and always comes with such a great, friendly, can-do attitude. Highly recommend!

Alan was quick to respond to my inquiry and did a great job treating stubborn grease stains that our dog tracked all throughout our stairs, hallway and master bedroom. He and his team were professional and thorough and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
