Very, very disappointing experience. To the point of being disgusting. I had an appointment with Carpet Pro between 9-12 today. They called me at 10:50 a.m. and said they would be at my house in 12 minutes...great. Then they called me at 11:08 and said they JUST NOW had to re-route the driver to another house and said they would be to my house for another 2 hours. Notice that they called me a full 6 minutes after they said they would already be here. That means the truck was either in my drive already or just down th... read more
